1. What SSH Console: Server Ops does
SSH Console: Server Ops is a native SSH and SFTP client for macOS, iOS and iPadOS. When you connect, SSH and SFTP traffic travels directly between the app and the server address you selected. Commands, Docker or system-service actions, monitoring requests, and file operations run on that server after you initiate them.
SSH Console: Server Ops does not operate a relay, install a server agent, or provide a hosted shell. The app does not send terminal output, credentials, private keys, transferred files, or server metrics to the developer.
2. Information stored on your devices
Host profiles, groups, environment labels, command snippets, and terminal preferences are stored locally by the app. SSH passwords, private keys, passphrases, and trusted server fingerprints are stored in the device Keychain. They are used only to authenticate to the server you selected.
Terminal scrollback, current workspace state, server observations, and transfer checkpoints may be held in app memory or local app storage while you use the related feature. You can remove saved hosts, credentials, trusted identities, snippets, and incomplete transfer files using the app's controls or by removing the app.
3. iCloud configuration sync
The App Store build covered by this policy does not enable iCloud configuration sync. If a future build offers this feature, it will require your explicit choice and will sync only the documented configuration fields to your private Apple iCloud account. Passwords, private keys, passphrases, trusted fingerprints, terminal output, transferred file contents, and measurement history will remain excluded. Apple processes iCloud data under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Purchases
SSH Console: Server Ops is a one-time paid download. It has no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Apple processes the App Store transaction, refunds, and payment disputes; the developer does not receive your payment card number or billing address through the app.
5. Support messages
If you email support, the email address and information you choose to include are used to answer your request. Do not send private keys, passwords, host credentials, or sensitive terminal output. Support is handled through email and is not an in-app telemetry channel.
6. Analytics, advertising and tracking
SSH Console: Server Ops contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking pixels, or AI service. It does not sell personal information or use your activity for cross-app tracking. Apple may process crash or diagnostic information according to your device and Apple account settings.
7. Your choices and deletion
You control the servers, files, credentials, and snippets you add. Delete local records from the app's controls. Removing a host from SSH Console: Server Ops does not revoke a key already installed on a server; revoke remote keys through your server administration tools.
